Kathryn James Hermes, FSP, is a member of the congregation of the Daughters of St. Paul. She works in the Acquisitions Office for Pauline Books & Media and is the author of Surviving Depression, Prayers for Surviving Depression, Beginning Contemplative Prayer, The Journey Within, and Making Peace with Yourself. She has an M.T.S. from Weston Jesuit School of Theology.
