Pauline Books & Media requires retail booksellers and distributors to complete the necessary forms for proper updating and maintenance of account information, and to establish business accounts with credit approval. Until such forms are completed, returned, and verified for credit approval, only prepaid orders (certified check, money order, MasterCard/Visa) or COD orders are accepted. Customers terminating business must notify Pauline Books & Media in writing. Failure to comply with this policy could result in an unfavorable reference being offered if we are asked to supply such a reference.

DISCOUNT INFORMATION for Dealer Accounts
The appropriate trade discounts will be applied when order is processed. The 10% discount on Pauline OnLine is not applicable to trade accounts that have a pre-established discount schedule.

Policy for Institutions

All on-line orders must be pre-paid. All pre-paid orders receive 10% discount. If you have a pre-arranged discount schedule, please call in your orders at 1-800-876-4463.
